ISS briefed Mango to help reposition them from a business that concentrated on clients to an organisation that cared about the clients patients.
Thoughtful: We positioned ISS as the 'leading Facility Services provider that put the patient at the centre of all they do'. We also answered the often asked question...who are ISS, in fact a multi billion pound business, by utilising the name in the support strapline 'inspired service solutions'.
Beautiful: We developed a striking set of bid documents moving away from the corporate blue and using a fresher colour palette to support both the ISS brand and the new brand values. We instigated photoshoots that featured ISS personnel interacting with patients in a positive light.
Fruitful: The brand development led to an increase in bid requests during a difficult economic period.
